Renting Upstairs
If you have a large party or would like to host your event upstairs, give us a call!
HOW IT WORKS
What is the price?
You will have the entire upstairs private to your party for 3 hours for $300. This will include the upstairs balcony, fireplace & lounging area and restrooms. And don't worry about clean up- we will handle that.
What is the seating capacity?
The upstairs can hold about 40-50 people with our dining tables. The balcony provides an additional 20-30 seats.
*We do not have outdoor heaters on the balcony.
Can I just rent the balcony?
Yes! You can rent the balcony for 3 hours for $150. Only the balcony will be private for your group.
Can I decorate?
We love decorations! We approve of almost any party decoration, but ask that you do not use confetti or glitter. You are also welcome to bring a banner or backdrop and tape it to the walls.
Does the cost include food?
The $300 is just the space fee and does not include food. Since we are a restaurant we do not allow ANY outside food to be brought in.
You will receive 10% off of your total food purchase ( including custom cakes), and can order from our regular or catering menu.
Is the tip included?
For large parties or rentals we do automatically add on a 15% gratuity. Our team works very hard to ensure you receive the best service and top-quality product.
Can I rent longer than 3 hours?
Sure, we can add on additional hours for an extra charge if agreed upon prior to your event day.
Do you have Food and Rental Packages?
Yes we do! 2hr Rental and food packages are available.
Reservations
If you have a small party under 20 people and would like to reserve a table (not private), give us a call and we will hold a table for you! No charge.
